This book presented the idea of selling as a joint venture and introduced the decade’s most influential concept, Win-Win. The response to Win-Win was immediate and helped turn the small company that created Strategic Selling, Miller Heiman, into a global leader in sales development with the most prestigious client list in the industry. This book confronts the rapidly evolving world of B2B (business-to-business) sales with new real-world examples, new strategies for confronting competition, and a special section featuring the most commonly asked questions from the readers.

We organise 9 Reading Club sessions in the Lifelong Learning booth at the Bookfest 2008. Everyday except 30 May there will be a 30-minute reading club session carried out in the booth to give the public a sneak preview of what Reading Club is about.

On 25 May (Sunday), the 2nd day of the Bookfest 2008, we had Audrey Goh to share on the book “How to Talk so Kids will LIsten and LIsten so Kids will Talk”. It’s surprising to see that two of the participants actually were young adults whom would like to know how to improve relationship with parents.

On 26 May (Monday), Uthaya Sankar SB shared the bestseller “The Secret”. It’s a Monday evening and we didn’t expect a big crowd but was glad that the booth was one of the most happening place around that area while the reading club session was carried out.
